About the event

Children's mental health begins long before they can talk about their feelings. From infancy through the teen years, everyday relationships and experiences help build the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being. This Parent Café explores simple, practical ways to support children's mental health, build resilience, strengthen family connections, and help children thrive.

By the end of this Parent Café, participants will:

  1. Understand what positive mental health looks like for children.

  2. Learn everyday habits that support emotional well-being.

  3. Explore ways to build connection, resilience, and hope at home.

  4. Leave with practical strategies to strengthen family mental wellness.
