All programs are voluntary and work with parents who want to make their families stronger and healthier. Our caring team helps you to find the resources and support you need, coaches you with parenting skills, and connects you with your own network of support.

Our three areas of focus are:

Maternal and
Child Health

School Readiness

Strong, Resilient Families

Goals of our family support services include:

  • Improve pregnancy outcomes by helping women with good health practices.

  • Improve child health by supporting parents in good health practices for their children.

  • Improve financial situations of the family by helping parents with goals for their own future, plan for future pregnancies, continue their education and find work.

  • Promote healthy development in children by providing screenings for each child’s skills and helping with child activities for skill building.

  • Promote positive parenting while also providing parents with skills to problem solve and helping with solutions.

  • Help with parent and child interactions and increase the social and emotional well-being of children.

  • Help children to be ready to start school by supporting parents with ways to assist children with learning.
